Shipping
Shipping on vacuum cleaners and sewing machines is via UPS or FedEx. Shipping on large items like appliances is by common carrier usually FedEx Freight. This type of shipping is least expensive from dock to dock with the customer picking up the appliance from the local shipping office. Shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock is the same price as on dock shipping. Residential delivery with a common carrier requires a lift gate truck and only includes curbside drop off. They will not move the appliance inside or uncrate it.
Residential In Home Delivery "White Glove Service"
Residential delivery is through Bekins Home Direct White Glove Service. White glove delivery includes setting the item in place removing packing material. Water,gas or electric hookup is not included. This service can take several weeks to complete. Please allow for the extra time when planning a purchase using this service.
Returns
Returns are accepted for 30 days with a return authorization. Shipping is not refunded used merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective vacuum or sewing machine we will pick it up and replace it at no charge.
If you receive a damaged appliance shipment do not accept delivery you are responsible for inspection on arrival freight companies are released from liability when you sign the freight bill.
